All deliveries will be made within 28 days. Other delivery times and prices are available please ring for prices.
Notification should be made to us of damage to goods within 24 hours after delivery or non-delivery within 7 days after despatch of goods otherwise claim for loss cannot be entertained.

Please note returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by a returns number and form and will be returned at senders cost.
The returns form will be despatched by post and the form contains full details of the returns procedure along with terms and conditions.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or exclusion in any sales material or price list invoice or other document or information issued by JinLun Motorcycles, North East Ltd. shall be subject to alteration without any liability to us and without any prior declaration.
All goods remain the property of JinLun North East until paid for in full.
You may wish to arrange your own collection after you have placed your order.
Bike/Scooter Warranty
All our JinLun motorcycles and scooters come with a 6 months manufacturer's parts only warranty, whichever comes sooner.
You are responsible for having the manufacturers services carried out within the prescribed intervals by a reputable VAT registered garage. You must also adhere to the manufacturers running-in recommendations. Failure to-do this may invalidate any claim.
Adding any performance parts will invalidate your warranty. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear parts such as brake pads, tyres, belts, cables, batteries, bulbs etc. If you have any concerns or questions please contact JinLun Motorcycles, North East Ltd. (JinLun North East).
The buyer has 7 days to return the bike if they are not happy with the product. The bike shall be returned in the same condition it was delivered. The buyer will be fully refunded less £30 restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all costs to return the vehicle. The refund will not include the original delivery cost.
For warranty repairs JinLun North East may allow the purchaser to arrange return of the vehicle for repair at the customers cost and transport. If the purchaser returns the vehicle JinLun North East will conduct the repair free of charge during the warranty period. JinLun North East is not responsible for return of the vehicle or service/repair visits to the purchasers premises.
All our bikes conform to EEC standards. Please ask us for a copy of the relevant certificate.
By purchasing the vehicle the buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
